Co-owner of Troux Studio, Heather Putnam brings over a decade of experience, creativity, and passion to each of her guests. She helped create Troux Studio with a vision of offering a more elevated and inspiring experience for both guests and independent stylists — a space where artistry, education, and individuality could thrive together.
Her experience includes hair and make-up for destination weddings in Hawaii and California. Heather loves bringing new ideas to her guests through participating in New York Fashion Week and styling hair behind the scenes for multiple runway shows, including Vogue and Oscar de la Renta.
With years of experience behind the chair, Heather specializes in blonding techniques, precision haircutting, and special occasion styling. Her commitment to her guests is rooted in ongoing education and staying current with innovative techniques and trends within the industry.

With advanced education in cities including Atlanta, New Orleans, Honolulu, Los Angeles, and New York City, his work is shaped by a diverse and well-rounded perspective.
William specializes in customized hair color, with a strong focus on enhancing natural texture and working with curl. His approach is thoughtful and technique-driven, creating results that feel both modern and tailored to each guest.
In addition to his work behind the chair, William has served as a lead educator for a respected California salon, where he developed and mentored other stylists. As a co-owner, he plays an active role in shaping the direction of Troux Studio, with an emphasis on education, growth, and delivering a high-level experience for both guests and stylists.
Zamy Cisneros
Zamy brings over 16 years of experience behind the chair, with a passion for continued growth and evolving her craft. Since beginning her career at 19, she has remained dedicated to staying current with new techniques, products, and trends to better serve her clients.
Her work ranges from soft, natural enhancements to more high-maintenance transformations, always tailored to each guest’s lifestyle and vision. Zamy enjoys the process of creating change—whether subtle or bold—and helping her clients feel confident in their look.

Beyond the salon, Joey stays connected to the Redlands community through local charitable work. When he’s not behind the chair, he enjoys spending time outdoors and competing with his horse.
